Now if only whoever comes in isn't as ignorant and dismissive of the law and Constitution. I can't help wondering about who's in the wings. Shrub got in again, even with Ashcroft on the team. Bush has nothing to lose. Will the new AG be even worse than Ashcroft? This torturous waiting game will go on for the next 4 years. With each appointment and nomination there will be dread. sigh...~LA

(No, I'm not hopeful either, but I was glad that someone chose to voice that angle.)
